2. Certification or Completion Requirements
If the Program includes a certificate of completion it is granted only upon successful completion of all required modules, assessments, case submissions, and participation requirements as defined within the portal.
Certification, where offered, represents completion of an educational program only. It does not grant legal scope of practice, medical authority, or permission to advertise yourself as a medical practitioner or specialist.
3. Access Period
You receive access to the Program content for the duration specified on the course sales page (e.g., 12 months from the official start date).
Extensions may be available for purchase but are not included in the program fee.
4. Payment Terms
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full Program fee, either upfront or through an approved payment plan.
Payment Plans:
You are legally responsible for completing all instalments.
Failed or missed payments will result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.
Payment plans cannot be paused, cancelled, or extended.
5. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital education, administrative allocation, and preparation of materials, no refunds are provided for any reason, including but not limited to:
change of mind
financial circumstances
inability to attend live sessions
failure to complete the Program
changes in personal or professional circumstances

6. Intellectual Property
All Program materials are the exclusive property of Little Yarrow, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, slides, case templates, written content, and bonus materials.
You may not reproduce, distribute, upload, share, teach, or repurpose this content outside of your personal learning.
You may not use any part of the materials to create your own courses, workshops, trainings, or educational products.
Copyright violations may result in removal from the Program without refund and may lead to legal action.
7. Clinical & Educational Disclaimer

Disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.
9. Bonus Inclusions

11. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have:

loss of income or business
technology issues or interruptions
delays in access
clinical outcomes
indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Program and materials is at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia (or the state/territory relevant to Little Yarrow’s business registration
