"Kate has been such a fountain of knowledge, and has fully supported my journey into motherhood, including pre conception, pregnancy, birth and post partum. I have recommended Kate to so many of my girlfriends who are considering falling pregnant or need women's health advice, and will continue to do so until the end of time!"

"With two girls aged 3 and 1 and a fairly intense job, I had all the symptoms of a completely exhausted mumma. I just couldn't work out WHY I was so tired, why I kept crying, why I sometimes felt so hopeless when deep down I knew I was doing the best I could. Working (and just talking) with Kate allowed me to believe that whilst my GP called my thoughts and feelings "normal" it wasn't necessarily ok - and we worked together to find the necessary support. The herbal tonics gave me almost instantaneous relief however like everything, it is still a work in progress. Thank you Kate for listening, understanding and helping me find the best path so I can be a more balanced mum, partner and colleague.''

"I am beyond grateful of Kate. 1 reached out to Kate after my doctor diagnosed me with Post-Partum Depression, just 10 weeks after giving birth. I had never experienced such sadness and anxiousness before. Kate prescribed a herbal medicine blend to help improve and enhance my mood, general well-being, confidence and resilience to deal with everyday life."

"The knowledge and wisdom Kate shared really help me to understand how to best support my body and my health during this postpartum journey. Regrettably, postpartum care is not something I focused on after having my first bub, but working with Kate after having my second bub has been so valuable and worth the investment. She recommends products on an individualised basis and her postpartum herbal tonic supported me from day 1 of my postpartum recovery."

"I wish to thank you so so much for getting me ready to conceive.. For helping me keep my body strong and healthy during pregnancy... And for helping me prepare for labour. Your work has been a pillar for my health and wellbeing, and now my baby's, for so so long. I can't thank you enough. But I'II forever continue to!"

Kate has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a huge part of my post partum healing journey! She has been so attentive and always willing to answer my questions. I highly recommend her courses and 1-1 services I cannot thank her enough!!

Virtual Community Clinic

The community clinic is held once per month. Sometimes you may have questions that don't require an indepth appointment and so this is a great way for me to answer those burning questions that you may have. The community clinic is also a great way that you can get ongoing care and for those in financial hardship to also access support.

How it works:

Book your spot in the next available community clinic below. There are 10 spots available each month. Once you secure your spot you will receive an email with a link where you can submit three questions.

These can be related to any of the following:

Pre Conception, Pregnancy,
Birth Preparation, Postpartum Planning
Postpartum Support, Maternal Mood and Energy.

On the day of the community clinic you will receive a detailed personal response emailed to you. Please note I can only give treatment plans and prescriptions for 1:1 appointments (see above for more details).
